- Most of your body heat emits through your head. – You will lose heat through any uncovered body part.
- Cracking your knuckles can cause arthritis. – The people who do not crack their knuckles are no less likely to have arthritis compared to the people who do that.
- All herbs are harmless because they’re natural. - Well herbs cane be less harmful but still there are side effects for a few of them. Like the kava — Used to reduce anxiety — has now been shown to be toxic to the liver.
